Geoffrey Chang, Creative Lead at eight&four, recently shared insights with Creativepool about the innovative 360 campaign for Yeo Valley Organic’s expanding Kefir range. Inspired by the infectious energy of an iconic 80s hit, the team developed the "Find Your Daily Groove" concept, blending bold visuals, playful choreography, and seamless transitions to make gut health exciting. The campaign spanned OOH, social, digital, retail, and print, highlighting kefir’s versatility and encouraging daily consumption.
To bring this concept to life, the team explored unconventional production techniques, including custom camera rigs for match-cut transitions and a fridge POV shot designed for immersive realism. A West End performer even choreographed the campaign’s signature dance sequence, adding an extra layer of vibrancy. Although licensing the original Groove Is in the Heart track wasn’t possible, a Smash Mouth alternative helped maintain the campaign’s dynamic energy across various video assets.
Geoff emphasised that gut health doesn’t have to be “stale, pale, and boring.” By injecting personality, movement, and a memorable hook, the campaign positioned Yeo Valley Organic’s kefir as both a health essential and a cultural movement. With the brand’s encouragement to push creative boundaries, eight&four delivered a campaign that not only educates but also entertains—bringing joy to the yogurt category while solidifying Yeo Valley Organic as the UK’s go-to kefir brand.
