INPROGRESS

Careers at eight&four are defined by progress. Every 6 months you’ll have an In Progress review - a 360 performance and development review, including transparent peer feedback. This is key to setting goals for the next 6 months, and is the foundation of your career progression at eight&four.

OFFSITE

Each Autumn we travel abroad as a team for 4 days of team bonding. A central community moment for the agency, it's about celebrating the year's work, getting to know our hybrid colleagues better, and having once in a lifetime travel experiences.

Careers at eight&four are defined by progress. You’ll benefit from bi-annual reviews with your line manager and regular reviews throughout your probationary period.
Annual Offsite

Each Autumn the whole team packs up for 4 days abroad on the company card! We also do an annual charity day, followed by a very special meal out.
Celebrate The Good Times

Birthday presents, baby showers, engagement parties, work anniversaries – we love to celebrate big milestones together - and you’ll get something special in the post if we’re not together in the office.

25+ days holiday

Your package kicks off with 25 days of holiday plus Bank Holidays (including a full week off at Christmas). After 1 year here, you accumulate an extra day for every year spent together, up to an additional 10 days for 10 years service.

Hybrid working

We have an international client base - spread across Europe, the US and the Caribbean - so from shoots in Jamaica to influencer trips in Munich - there’s often plenty of opportunity for travel if you want it.
