I was seeking external specialist support to bolster short-term community management and develop our social media strategy. Through extensive multi-audience research and collaboration, we have created a new set of key principles for Marie Curie’s social vision. Our work has ranged from content strategy through to staff engagement procedures, and the application of Social in a Care context through to donation strategy.
A new Reporting framework and Reporting tools have also been installed, to better track Social impact, and on-site training undertaken to properly engage all internal audiences.
The short term impacts of our support have been significant –redeveloping Marie Curie’s content strategy has resulted in a x4 increase in their average organic post reach across a 6 month period.
Long term, our strategic support has been effective in engaging Senior stakeholders, creating a clear vision for the positive use of Social technology that is understood across the whole organisation.
