Sarah joined the social media team in January 2016 and quickly began to focus on creative content development. Her week involves hot-desking with clients in order to get a closer understanding of their challenges, planning her next content collection trip (Ibiza, Madrid and Palma over the next few months) and conceiving the next social media campaign for one of our many clients in the travel and hospitality industry.

Alistair.

Alistair works as a media channel strategist in the Media team - working across an eclectic mix of clients from higher education through to luxury travel. He made the move from Manchester to come to London and find his feet in the Capital’s agency scene. His day to day involves conceiving and implementing international PPC, display & paid social campaigns, nurturing junior members of the team and supporting on pitches with Senior Managers and Directors.

“I get a real buzz from coming to work – at eight&four we’re really on top of trends and invest time in properly understanding client categories. But it’s not all about clients – since joining I’ve been lucky enough to be part of some genuinely fun training sessions pretty much every week. I feel I’m really challenged to be the best I can be in this environment. And finally, we have a fridge full of Brewdog IPA, monthly parties and an annual team holiday! It’s safe to say we have a lot of fun away from our desks.”

Patricia.

Patricia joined as a design intern back in October 2013 straight out of university. Her internship took her on a tour of digital design - UX, digital brand, website, display, 3D and short form video creation. She found her strength within Social design – focusing on delivering authentic brand experiences within social channels through a mix of content formats. Her day to day involves working closely with team members like Sarah to build campaign & content for a host of Social Media clients across travel, hospitality and retail.

“I’ve been with eight&four for over three years and it’s been an exciting journey. As a designer, I really value the autonomy I have which allows me the space to put my ideas & concepts to life and have a voice in the agency. Every day I grow in confidence and the culture ensures you’re continually challenged. I’ve found some great friends at eight&four who I know share the same ambition to work hard and party harder!”

We’re looking for a Motion Graphics Creative to join our expanding Creative team.

We are looking for someone passionate about motion – with experience of creating a wide variety of digital assets – from social content through to high impact video animation. You will be involved in design work across our social and creative clients – from campaign support and social content calendars through to digital banner creation and website design.

Sectors: Travel, hospitality and F&B.

Experience: We’re looking for someone with a track record in delivering motion graphics (2 years +) and is looking for a move into a role with more autonomy and great career progression opportunities.

Media Planner (Media Team)

We’re looking for a Media Planner to join our fast expanding Media team.

We are looking for someone passionate about media planning, with experience of creating innovative, performance focused media plans. Whilst we’re digital first as an agency, we’re looking for someone with experience in developing cross-channel media plans – covering Digital, DRTV, Press, Inserts, Radio, Outdoor etc. - to help us deliver media neutral planning to our diverse portfolio of global clients. This role is a great opportunity for a talented media planner/buyer to make a step up in their career, working at a top digital agency, with great brands.

Community Manager (Social Team)

Community Management at eight&four combines the ability to adapt your tone of voice across a range of brands, with traditional monitoring, and responsiveness and influencer marketing. You’ll need a passion for enhancing customer experience through social and enjoy working with content creators. Reporting to the Head of Social you will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on your communities – with a focus on reach, engagement and audience understanding.

Paid Search Manager (Media Team)

We’re looking for a Paid Search Manager to join our expanding media team. You will have a deep knowledge of Google Adwords, Analytics and Paid Social. Planning to attract, target and convert should come as second nature. You will be the kind of person excited by detailed analysis in order to drive down CPAs and drive up conversions. Reporting to the Head of Media you will take ownership when in client facing situations to communicate results and have a consultative approach when making recommendations based on your findings.

Sectors: Higher Education, Travel & hospitality, and food and beverage.

Experience: You will have had over 2 - 3 years experience agency-side and are looking for a move into a role where you can balance both a consultative approach (client facing) with campaign building and optimisation.

PPC Executive (Media Team)

We’re looking for a PPC Executive to join our expanding media team. You will be excited by the opportunity to devise campaigns to attract, target and convert niche audiences using a mix of Adwords and Paid social. You will love data, analysis and be able to constantly challenge the boundaries of your own knowledge – being always hungry to learn is a must. Reporting to a Paid Search Manager you will add value to the team by having the most up to date understanding of campaign progress, be agile in your navigation of multiple buying platforms, and be ready to meet and communicate the effectiveness of campaigns with a range of clients.
