eight&four Annual Events
Every year, we hold a full-day training day with guest speakers, agency talks and brainstorming to kickstart the year. Onwards is future-focused and a key L&D platform for eight&four.
Each Autumn we travel abroad as a team for 4 days of team bonding. A central community moment for the agency, it's about celebrating the year's work, getting to know our hybrid colleagues better, and having once in a lifetime travel experiences.
Careers at eight&four are defined by progress. Every 6 months you’ll have an In Progress review - a 360 performance and development review, including transparent peer feedback. This is key to setting goals for the next 6 months, and is the foundation of your career progression at eight&four.

Annual offsite
Each Autumn the whole team packs up for 4 days abroad on the company card! We also do an annual charity day, followed by a very special meal out.
